The Franklin County Board of Supervisors meet at 1:30 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month in the Board Room at the Government Center in Rocky Mount. Public hearings are held at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter for the convenience of the public. Meeting agendas and documents are available to view/download on our website's Agenda Center.

All County residents and interested parties are encouraged to attend or watch a live stream of the meeting on the county's YouTube Channel. Any person with a disability who needs accommodations to fully participate in the meeting should notify the Clerk by calling (540) 483-3032 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. 

Citizens wishing to submit a public comment or address the Board in person during the Public Comment Period may email the Clerk at m.torres@franklincountyva.gov, call (540) 483-3032, or use the sign-up sheet next to the meeting room on the meeting day. Written comments may be provided at any time using the online Public Comment Form. All comments received will be distributed to the Board in a timely manner, prior to the Board meeting.
